Grace Scholars at Watkinson, created in 2018 by founding donors Janice and David Klein, is a fund designated to enable 8th-grade graduates of Grace Academy, in Hartford, to enroll at Watkinson for high school.
Watkinson has a long-standing relationship with and commitment to Grace Academy, which was established in 2010. Since 2015, Watkinson has funded seven Grace Academy graduates and provided more than $800,000 in financial aid to Grace students.Â
The students that benefit from Grace Scholars at Watkinson demonstrate the qualities and characteristics most closely associated with Grace Academy and Watkinson School: determination, an exemplary work ethic, grace under pressure, and a clear sighted vision of the possibilities that await a young woman of substance when they aspire to succeed.
Please consider pledging your support and following the girl through her educational journey.
